TARANSFORMATION fitness and fatloss programme
This is a an amazing fitness and weight loss programme that I discovered when I wanted to kickstart my marathon training in 2012. I have followed the 21 day programme twice in one year and have since done the 7 day detox with amazing results. My weight had started to creep over the 11 stone mark, despite running on a regular basis and staying away from the usual ‘banned’ foods.
For me it is all about the fitness and nutritional combined approach and everything made sense to me. It is not a fad diet but a way of life. You are supported throughout with daily videos so you can copy Tara’s exercises, as well as the recipes etc.
