Fitness League is thrilled to announce that Sophie Ellis Bextor is to become their patron.

A local Fitness League teacher said ‘it is wonderful to know that Sophie is endorsing our work. We know the system is brilliant for putting the sparkle back into your life. I’m really looking forward to introducing more people to the fun of Fitness League classes’.

Sophie was a fabulous finalist in last years’ ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and her beautiful dancing was
carefully watched over by her grandmother Sybil who is a Fitness League member.

Sophie says ‘Fitness League classes are a really fun way to keep active. Part exercise and part dance, a Fitness League class will help keep you supple and toned. My grandmother has been a member for many years and Fitness League has helped keep her healthy. I am proud to support Fitness League.’
