Promenade View is a Holiday Home situated in Mumbles, Swansea and is a new venture for me, after 27 years living and working in the Beauty industry in London. Time for a new challenge!
It is an ideal location for someone who wants to wake-up with a sea view in a village location that has great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also great as a base for those who love walking, as The Gower Peninsula is waiting for you to discover, it’s literally around the corner.
About
Promenade View, sits on The Promenade in Mumbles overlooking the sea, with spectacular views of Swansea Bay. The panoramic view sweeps across the Bay, with the Welsh Hills in the background, boats sailing in the foreground and iconic Mumbles Pier just off to the right. General information
Mumbles Village is a 5 minute walk away along the Promenade and is full of stylish bars, restaurants and shops. Mumbles is the Gateway to the Gower, which was chosen as the UK’s first AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY, for its classic coastline and outstanding natural environment, designated in 1956. It is a wonderful base for walks along the Coastal Path, a relaxing weekend from the stresses of city life or simply visiting friends who live in Wales. A great place to chill!
