The benefits of keeping fit are essential to our personal wellbeing.

The Government guidelines for taking beneficial physical activity are 5 x 30 minute sessions a week minimum.

If you are looking to increase your energy, boost your physical activity or just trying to enhance your wellbeing then the Fitness League classes are what you need. Fitness League uses the Bagot Stack technique and focuses on good posture, central control, mobilising joints and strengthening muscles.

The exercises are simple movements to music that will help improve balance, agility, co-ordination and rhythmic ability, as well as promote stamina, strength and suppleness.

The classes are suitable for all ages and mixed abilities and you can rest assured you will be in safe hands and good company.

I am starting a new class in January 2017 at the Ostreme Centre in Mumbles – 11.00am to 12 noon every Monday, please join in.  For more details follow this link:
